Why can't I attach picture to Jira project form?

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!
We use the Forms function to create tasks on our board, however, several agents have had problems with attaching documents to this form. What can be the issue? I'm also sending a screenshot.
