Why can't I add Jira Product Discovery to my site?

I'm trying to create a Jira Product Discovery project. I've had my admin add the product to our Jira site. However, when I try to go to Create Project > Product Management > Product Discovery, I still cannot create any project like this. It says You need product access to Jira Product Discovery to create a project with this template.

Anyone had this problem?

Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

This is because your account is not in a group that has access to use Product Discovery.  You'll need to get it added to a group that has product-access to JPD (the one I own is a group called jira-product-discovery-users-<name of my Cloud site) or change the access to "anyone who can log in"

Hi and thanks for the response! Is there anywhere I can look up on how I (or my admin) can do this?
