Why can't I access the dependency view?

Why can't I access the dependency view?

I have been trying to access the dependency Jira advertisers here. However, it's instructions do not correlate with what I have on my screen. Can someone please explain what is currently going on and how I can access a dependency view.

You have said that you are using Jira Cloud, but you are reading a document that is about Jira Server and Data Center (8.19+).

Could you confirm whether you are on Cloud or Server/DC (and the version if server/dc)?
