Why can't I access one of my projects?

Does the free plan delete projects that you haven't viewed in a while?

Welcome to the Atlassian community.

The Free subscription will not automatically delete individual projects.

The Free subscription can be automatically suspended entirely if you have not had any activity in Jira for an extended period time. Simply logging in to the Jira product is enough to make the subscription remain "active".

There are supposed to be warning emails sent before deactivation, as described in the answer on this community post:
