Why can't I Display text in workflow for Approval in a Project where Project role is not Present?

Hi Team,

I want to display a message or a text in the workflow Approval Process when a project role is not available in that project. For example, if the Line QA role is missing, I want to show message in Workflow.

In Some of our Projects, Line QA role is not configured. In these cases, I want to display a text or custom message during Workflow Approval Process.

I am not quite sure I understand what you are looking to accomplish.  Where would you want that message to show up?  Could you perhaps provide a mock up in screenshots so that I can better understanding what are you looking for?

I am not sure I understand which screen you are referring to. What do you mean by Workflow Approval Screen?  

Could you perhaps add some screenshots of the screen you would like to add the message to?
