Why can I not create a new project?

When I open my Jira account and head to projects it does ot give me the option to create a new project. That option is usually in the upper right hand corner but I do not see that as an option.

Hi @Bailey Daguio ,

Only jira-admins can create company managed projects.

Under Global permissions we can define we can create team-managed projects.

Please check the Create team-managed projects permission under Global Permissions.

Did you check with your Jira Admin? May be some changes where only users belonging to a certain group can create new projects.

Please check what change was made that could have triggered this behavior.
