Why aren't my stories appearing in my Plan?

Currently I have a plan set up with no filters. Some of my epics aren't appearing the plan. Why would some stories appear while others not appear on the plan?

I thought the system might be excluding the stories because they were marked Done. But, I have some epics that are marked and Done and their stories that were marked Done are appearing in the plan.

My filter driving the plan doesn't have any exclusions.

What am I doing wrong?

Hi @GlenellRosburg ,

Could it be related to when the stories were resolved?

In your plan settings there is a setting on when resolved tickets are no longer displayed.

In the example below, stories that have been resolved more than 30 days ago, are no longer displayed.

Best regards,

Kris

Thank you Kris. This is exactly why the stories aren't appearing. Here's the page informing you how to edit this.
