I have set up an email to which people can send emails to be converted to tickets in my board. I want the default request type of such tickets to be something other than "Emailed request", however the request type I want is not appearing when I attempt to configure email request types. There are only three request types appearing in the dropdown, none of which are the one I want, even though all request types do exist when I view them in Project settings > Request types. Why is this, and how can I get the request type I am looking for? Thank you.
When creating an issue from email the only required fields that can be set for the target type are Summary and Description. Do the missing request types have other required fields?
Yes, they did have other required fields. I removed them and that fixed the issue. Thank you!
