I have a story with subtasks and both the story and the subtasks are assigned to people. If I change the story Assignee from Person A to Person B, then all of my subtasks revert to Unassigned. Is there a way to change the Assignee of a story and still preserve the subtask assignments?
@Jennifer Purdue, welcome to the Community. The behavior is not normal OOTB behavior. You must have some automation or other rules configured to do this. For sure that would not typically be desired behavior. Are there other Admins that might be able to configure the system? If so I would suggest checking w/ them.
