I want to understand and learn a bit more about the Development, Code, Releases, and Deployments tabs. However, in the Code tab under Development, not all users who created pull requests or are reviewers are displayed, even though they are already connected and follow the standard that Jira expects. I would like to know if there is any way to fix this so that all involved users are shown.
I have run in to this problem at some of my customers so here are some things to investigate
I believe that both places need to be set to public for the integration to match the users correctly in all cases.
There is a bug registred at Atlassian for this issue:
https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRACLOUD-89958

Are you referring to the user profile icons, if a user has not set on it shows like this by default.
Or is this different, but there are no relations to the images based on pull request and linked pull requests on the screenshots.

Hi, thanks for your reply...
The problem is that it shows “unknown user”, even though the user exists in both Jira and GitHub. In other words, in the Code tab it does not show who created the pull request or who is assigned as a reviewer.
