I am exporting data from JIRA. The Epics, User Stories, etc., show as Done, and show dates started and completed. Yet, when I export that data to Excel, most of the exported items have no dates in any of the date columns.

Community moderators have prevented the ability to post new answers.
Never mind, I just discovered that the dates in the spreadsheet are optional fields in JIRA and are not always populated by the client. Don't know how to cancel/close this question.
