We have configured the SLAs in JIRA. Whenever we export the data to an excel sheet/csv file, the first response values show up ('Custom field (Time to first response)'), however when we select the JIRA data source in quicksight, we have other fields - 'Time_FirstResponse_Name', 'Time_FirstResponse_StartTime' etc. but they are all populated as 'null'. Can someone explain why this is?
