Why are created issues in a Company-managed Project not pushing to Backlog?

Hi there, Hope all is well!

If a team has a company-managed project why would newly created issues not be automatically pushed to the Backlog?

In the project features setting Backlog is turned on - any thoughts? Does a sprint need to be created first with those issues assigned to unique sprints then it pushes?

please check filter associated to your board in order to verify that it retrieves issue that you have just created.

Hi Dylan - Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

Issues will go to the first status in the workflow from the Create transition. Take a look at your workflow to see which status that is. If it is the Backlog, then take a look at the history of the card to see if the card is getting auto transitioned to another status.
