Why are attachments shown on top of card in project board?

On the project board, why are Task/Bug Titles shown at the bottom of the card, underneath any attachments? This makes it hard to tell what issue is referred to. Is there a way to change this?

Thank you for reaching out.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to define where the attachments should be displayed in the cards of Next-gen Boards. Today, you can only remove them from displaying in the card view (By clicking the card and right-click in the attachments in the detail issue view).

We have some feature requests created to allow the customization of the card layout, however, I created the specific feature request below to allow the implementation of this specific option:

Ability to select where attachments are displayed on the Board card
