Why are all JIRA Add-ons suddenly incompatible?

Bill Tanner

We noticed this evening that 22 of 45 add-ons in our JIRA environment are suddenly incompatible.  And we see this across multiple 5 different instances of JIRA.  We haven't upgraded JIRA recently.  Any idea what happenned?

There's a little blurb on how it's supposed to work here.  Basically, minor versions, atlassian assumes the app will work and marks it compatible.  more major releases it's up to the vendor to mark compatibility.

There's an issue with the compatibility data on JIRA marketplace at present. See: https://status.marketplace.atlassian.com/

Don't upgrade or change any add-ons via the UPM until it's been fixed (Carry on using them and configuring them as normal, just don't click on upgrade/install/uninstall in the UPM)
