My team has multiple filters setup to send out notifications of all issues that fall into the filters each Monday. For the last 2 weeks these emails have not come in. All users on the recipiant group are able to see the filter and all projects that it pulls issues from. We had our networking team look into it in case our email systems blocked them, but no emails were received. I tried manually triggering the subscription and no emails came out. We have still been recieving all other communications from Jira, its just these subscriptions that are failing to be sent.
Hi @Dallen Taylor , thanks for your question.
I have a silly question, do you have the filter subscriptions set up to send even if no issues are found that meet the criteria? It sounds like, from what you have written, that when you retrieve the results with the JQL, your are getting some issues.
Have you opened a support ticket? Sometimes they are the only ones who can help, being able to look in the backend of what's going on in the cloud - https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/
Best wishes
Thanks for your response! I have already checked that they are setup to send when there are no issues. I have also already opened a ticket with Atlassian in case its not a issue of me having something setup incorrectly. Thanks!
