When I am creating a Jira ticket, I am unable to assign it to an assignee? What can I do to resolve this? I am also unable to @. my team in the comment section of a ticket.

Hello @Support

It could be that there is an incident affecting the database, which has not been published yet.

Please have a little patience.

Best,

Not sure if my issue is the same: when trying to enter an assignee, the search finds nobody - not even myself. Finally i just get the suggestion to invite <whatever i typed so far>@<my domain>.

Can confirm. We have checked every relevant setting on our end and the status page: https://status.atlassian.com/. Everything is set up correctly, we'll just have to wait for an announcement.

I would say this is an incident on Atlassian's side. There is still nothing reported on the status page, but I expect they will post an update shortly.

I'm also seeing some other cloud-related failures affecting users, so I believe these issues may be correlated.

++

We have the same thing, we can't select the assignee/team either in the ticket or in jql for filtering
