Hello @Marlena Saldana _Lunt ES_
Welcome to the Atlassian community.
If you have received a bill claiming to be from Atlassian you can reach out directly to their billing team with questions. Use this page for that:
https://www.atlassian.com/company/contact/purchasing-licensing#/
If this concerns a bill for something other than an Atlassian product, then this is not the correctly place for your question, as this is a User Community related to Atlassian products.
Hi Marlena, another thing worth checking is whether the $24 charge is related to a recent plan change, trial ending, or an additional user/license being added. I’d recommend checking the billing details and invoice history to see exactly what the charge is for. If the billing page doesn’t clearly explain it, Atlassian Support should be able to confirm the source of the charge and help resolve any unexpected billing issue.

This is likely the cost of a paid plan you have active, possibly a Standard plan. Check your Billing section and look at the applications and their plans. If it's a Free plan, you shouldn't pay anything. However, if it's a paid plan, you can see the plan details, the number of users you have added, and the estimated price.
If everything is free, you should contact Atlassian support so they can verify your plan.
