Why am I not seeing any tab called "My issues" in a team managed project board?

The "Issues" tab is not seen in Team managed project board from yesterday.Instead,there is a new tab called "All work"

What is the difference between these two in terms of format?

This change seems to be a part of Jira's ongoing updates. The "All work" tab aims to provide more context and better organization of your project's work items compared to the simpler "Issues" view.
