Why am I not receiving any E-Mail Notifications when changes have been made in any of my tickets?

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!

Since my last name has changed (and therefore my e-mail adress) I'm not receiving any Mails from Jira. Our T has checked all the settings and it says that all the notifications are activated.

Please help as this is a serious issue making me unable to work properly.
