Why am I blocked to use jira?

I am trying to access this site https://lyxa-team.atlassian.net/jira/software/projects/DWB/boards/34 using my wifi but it is not working, it is returning error 403. Knowing that it was working fine and i am using trello. If i changed the wifi it works but this isn't a solution. Could you help please!

Are other users experiencing the same problem with the same URL?

Are you able to access the home page successfully?

Are you the owner/administrator for this Jira instance and the Atlassian Cloud Organization under which it resides?

I tried from another browser and incognito browser, it didn't work.

No one is experiencing the same problem, the problem is that my IP address is blocked.

I can access the home page successfully if i switched to another wifi only.

Under certain subscription plans there is an option in your Organization through https://admin.atlassian.com to block access to specified IPs. Have you set up blocklists or allowlists for your Organization?

Have you ever been able to access the system from your IP previously, without connecting to a wi-fi? If so, are you currently in a different geographic location than when you previously accessed the instance?

I ask those questions because there are some countries for which Atlassian is blocking access to the Cloud products.
