Why System show "Your Atlassian Product has been Suspended"?

My account is suspended again, possibly due to a payment problem. 
Could you please check it out? Im a Primary Technical  - Maciej Sawczuk, and i have a problem with yout support. I wrote that I have a problem with the account, I got a reply that I am not authorized.

Welcome to the community!

You will need to talk to your administrators about why they have not managed to pay the subscription, and possibly talk to Atlassian if there are problems with your payment method.

I am afraid the community here cannot help you - we have no access to Atlassian's billing systems.
