Why JIRA help desk comment do not show mail chain to Customer

Hi All,

When I reply from the Comment section of the Jira to the specific ticket, All my client receive is just my reply. The entire email chain prior to that is striped off.

E.g.

Clinet sent

Hi X

YYYYYY

When I reply: 

Hi Client

ZZZZ

Tharindu

All He (X) see is

-----------------------------------

Tharindu commented:

Hi Client

ZZZZ

Tharindu

Where is the clients initial email recorded in this????
