Why JIRA doesn't take my gravatar?

Hello neither JIRA or Confluence are taking my gravatar picture, I can see that they are trying to get the image, but the url is not the correct one:

It should be this one:

My email address is in lower case on JIRA and Confluence. Do you know what is going on?

this is happening to me too, it's super annoying. Bitbucket takes my gravatar, and JIRA tries, but fails :(
