Why Issue collector is adding html properties to description?

Ive just started playing with the issue collector and found that it is adding html information to the description, what would cause this?

Hi Taber,

Did you tick collect browser info in IC configuration? Did you render the Description field to wiki style?

Collect Browswer Info = True
Description render = was either TinyMCE or JEditor at the time I was testing (not sure which)
