Our esteemed organization, comprising a workforce of 1-50 dedicated employees, has been utilizing the Jira Kanban board to meticulously manage tasks and bugs under our company domain. For three months, this system functioned seamlessly. However, we are now facing an unforeseen issue: the board has become inaccessible.
An error message is displayed, indicating that administrative access is required (please refer to the attached screenshot). As the designated administrator, I previously had full access to the Jira page. We have accumulated a substantial number of tasks and bugs, and it is imperative that we retrieve this data. The abrupt suspension of our services, without prior notification, has significantly disrupted our operations.
We urgently seek your assistance in resolving this matter.

You have indicated you are the administrator of the project. Are you an administrator for the entire Jira application, or a Site Admin, or for the Organization the site exists under? Do you have access to https://admin.atlassian.com and access to your Organization?
The message suggests that your access to the site has been removed. To resolve that will require assistance your Organization Admin or Site Admin.

I did not ask if you can access the project board. I asked:
Are you an administrator for the entire Jira application, or a Site Admin, or for the Organization the site exists under?
Do you have access to https://admin.atlassian.com and access to your Organization?
If the answers to those questions are "no" then you need to contact the Administrators (Jira, Site, User, Organization) for your Jira instance to get assistance with regaining access to the site.

The administrator have already given me the access for the JIRA project board. But I am unable to access.
Except the main administrator who has access, members/other admins are unable to access the board inspite of giving the access to everyone

Based on the screen you are seeing you do not have access to the Jira product on the specified site as a licensed user. Site access is separate from permissions within Jira to specific projects and boards.
The Administrators need to look at the Product Access settings for the Jira Product on that site and determine why the Atlassian Cloud login you are using does not have site/product access.
