Why Indexes on multiple columns in entity are not getting reflected in DB?

I am using Active objects 1.2 version and defining indexes in entity class using @Indexes annotation. 

After running atlas-package command, Index is not getting reflected in database.

Please let me know if I am missing a trick over here.
