So when someone leaves a comment under some ticket, I can't see tags or images uploaded in the comment. It's really hard to track who was a comment for and I have to scroll all the way up to see attached docs.

This issue might be related to the renderer of the field comment and to fix that, it's necessary to change the renderer.
Go to Project settings > Fields > > Find the field "Comment" and change the renderer to "Wiki Style Renderer" > Update > Update.

This did not work. The comments field is already configured for Wiki rendering. What else can cause this? Thank you!
