Why I cannot see transitional statuses in the backlog view?

Hi Folks,

I have notice that some tickets disappear with certain statuses for cloud version:

1. Closed tickets disappear from the sprint backlog. Is there any way to keep showing up and distinguish them from the open ones?

2. Some transitional status (marked as In Progress) are not shown up in the backlog. Is there any configuration place from which I am able to select the statuses I want to show up in the backlog / sprint backlog view?

This has been impacting our burn down charts since it changes when tickets are not in a certain status. So, one day you see a burn down completely different than the next day due to the statuses movements made by the development team. Any idea ?

Thanks in advance!

This sounds like you have set up one of two things:

A board filter that excludes issues in certain status

Column mappings on the board that are not mapping the missing status

If you're not sure, could you show us the filter on the board and the board mappings?
