Why I cannot access Jira although I have verified through email?

I got the verify link and I entered it. But I still cannot access Jira

Have you reported that problem to the administrators of that Jira instance? Here we are a user community and have no access to that system. We can offer debugging advice but many if the steps will require administrator access to execute.
