Why I can't use goals in my project?

Hello everyone!

I have an issue with adding goals to my project.

When I try to add this feature to my project, it just won't let me enable it. I can see a "grey" disabled switch and can't click on it to enable. 

Can someone tell me why I can't use this feature? It should be very helpful for my work.

Do you have Atlas in your stack?

Atlas is the management for goals, this is required, to enable the goals feature on a project.

I installed the Atlassian Home application from the marketplace and goals were added to my Jira projects.

I appreciate your help!
