Why I can't see axis on Issue Analysis reports?

Hello everyone!
When i build Issue Analysis reports (e.g. Created vs. Resolved Issues Report, Pie Chart Report, Average Age Report e.t.c.) jira generates me report pictures without axis (see printscreens):
How can i fix it? In Agile reports this problem there is not.
My jira server version: v8.7.1.
