Why I am not receiving mails when some updates made on jira on my office mail id?

I am not receiving mail from last month as I have been working in a team project so I am not receiving mail since the last month.

Hi @Shagun Sharma and welcome,

please contact a JIRA Sys Admin to perform a troubleshooting on that problem.
