In my workflow we have some differents status for done which means that the item in development has more than one way of ending. For example: Redesigned, Not a Issue or Done (in fact). Going over Itens type > Edit Workflow > It is possible to give 'done' status for all of those itens mentioned above but it isn't really recognized as done in other features of JIRA. For example: when I try to finish the sprint, JIRA tells me that there are itens not concluded. It happens because JIRA only recognize one of those 3 status as really done. The same for Burndown Graphic Reports. Is it designed to work in that way or is that a Issue?

Hi Philipe - Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

For Sprints, only issues that are in the last column on the board (far right) are considered Complete/Done for the Sprint, regardless of the status the issues are in.

So if you want them to show as Done, you need to move all of your "Done" type statuses into the last column.
