Why Does the Issue View in the Backlog Keeps on Loading when i have a defect and linked to Sprint?

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!
As I was trying to setup the Issue View, so i can have a clear view of how many user stories i have in sprint, and in each user story, how many Test Cases are linked, and also how many are passed, failed, not executed, blocked, etc -- whenever i log a defect for a failed Test Case (from Zephyr add-on) and link that defect to the sprint of the user story, the Issue View does not load (just loading) and i cannot proceed further.
Is there something i missed to setup in this view
