I am with a desktop support group that offers assistance to some Confluence users (LDAP password resets on a separate URL), however, some end users are getting a "Your access had been revoked" error message when trying to sign in to https://coxautosoftwaredivision.atlassian.net/ and it says to contact the administrator. We cannot figure out who the site admin is and no one seems to know.
Can you help me?
We can't help you with that, we're people who use Atlassian software, but we have less knowledge about your system and ownership than you do.
If you've genuinely tried everything you can inside your organisation to find out who the admins are, you can ask Atlassian with a support call, but it's going to be a lot slower than simply asking people in your orgnisation.
Even as a support person, someone would have given you your own access - they are likely to know who the admins are.
I have exhausted trying to get this info from my org, no one seems to know who the admin is. I noticed I put this in the Jira support and should have put it in Confluence support.
I will try to find the Atlassian support number.

There isn't one (unless you've got premium support). You'll need to raise it at https://support.atlassian.com/contact
