While configuring rules i.e to send slack message individually when the issues are assigned to them , but unfortunately unable to find send message on slack in action list

JIRA Service Desk does not have a functionality to send messages to Slack when an issue is assigned, so I believe you are using a third-party plugin to achieve it. Is that correct?
Can you please provide us the plugin you are using to do it?
By my experience, the easier way would be by using the plugin Slack-JIRA integration. Is this the plugin you are using?
Could you please provide us a screenshot of the steps you are taking to achieve it?
