While i am trying to generate a velocity chart in my project i am unable to get the data

In velocity chart i am trying to generate a report but i am unable to fetch the data for Active sprints and Backlogs. So any suggestions would be helpful.

Not sure why this happens for you, but be aware that there is a better alternative to the limited Jira's reports.
