Zephyr Squad -> Import Tests -> Choose File -> After selecting the file get this Access denied prompt.
Even Jira Admin also got the same issue. Please suggest.
My problem was resolved by removing periods from the filename.
If you run into the above issue, just shorten your filename. Support is aware, so hopefully they put a fix into the product soon.
It worked for me with a shorter filename, maybe yours was too long. Just change the name

I am getting the exact same results. I don't see anywhere to find a log file for more information.
