Which role can perform "Bulk Change" operation?

Hi all,

I have a question: which role is allowed to do bulk change operation?

There is a QA agent in my team and he needs to do bulk change operation, his roles roster:

-User

-Assignable User

-QA

Which role I must give him to be able to do bulk change?

This is controlled in your Global permissions - Jira settings > System > Global permissions
