I am using Jira server in local test instance. Copy, pasting the JSON example from Importing data from JSON  and making changes to few user related and links fields, I can see a project created with Project > Import external project > JSON > upload file.

In checking Project setting > Summary page, I can see I have made changes to versions, components, users and even issues are created.

But I need to change issuetypes, priorities, workflows, fields, screens.
Are these modifiable using JSON? Can anyone include example of it?
Or changing it in UI is the only solution?

Issue type, workflow, fields and screens are not fields, so their values cannot be changed by issue imports.

Thank you, I didnot know that.
Is it same if I use other file format too like csv?
If other file formats are not the options, then I can change issue type, workflow, fields and screens using either UI/Rest API, is it?
