Which Authentication for Jira Software Cloud REST-API use

Hi Guys,

i look forward to an solution for my problem. I want to consume my Jira-Project via REST-API. But i don't get it, which of the Authentication-Variants, is the right one. Did anyone could tell me that. I want to build my Application with Java.

The API authentication on Jira works with the email:token. In the doc below you can see how to create it:
