Hello,
I have two Atlassian accouts, one is used every day but the other rarely.
When I switch to the one rarely used, I've been asked to insert a 6 digit code which should be provided by an App on my smartphone.
Authenticator does not help, it should be another one.
Please Advise.

We support most authentication apps – some of the more common ones are Google Authenticator, Authy, or Duo. For download links to these apps, go to atlassian.com/2step on your phone.
Maybe in Authenticator you are logged in with different account? Also check the email.
PS. Tip for multi account usage, you can create a browser profiles for different users - with sets of related bookmarks, passwords etc. great for testing.
