Which ACP-620 topics mattered most on the actual exam?

Hello everyone,

Apologies for the long post ahead, I'm in the final stretch of preparing for the ACP-620 (Managing Jira Projects for Cloud) certification and would genuinely value input from anyone who has already sat this exam.

My prep so far has been to work through the configuration areas methodically: project creation and templates, boards (Scrum vs. Kanban), backlogs and sprints, reporting, plus issue types, custom fields and workflows.

On top of that, I've been running through a set of practice tests from ValidExamDumps to get a feel for how the questions are phrased and to flag the areas I keep getting wrong. I've heard the exam leans heavily on scenario-based questions, so I want to make sure I'm building real hands-on confidence rather than just memorizing concepts.

A few questions for anyone who has passed ACP-620:

  1. Which areas of the syllabus turned out to matter most on the actual exam?

  2. How much did working in a real Jira Cloud instance help compared to documentation-only study?

  3. What was the balance between conceptual knowledge, configuration detail, and pure scenarios?

  4. Are there any topics people tend to underestimate until they sit the exam?

  5. How did you spend your final week — more practice tests, or going back over weak areas?

Any tips on exam-day pacing or common traps would be welcome too.

Thanks a lot in advance!
