Where to find "Flag" column in list? of Jira Project

Hi all, a bit of an odd one but on the list tab of items, I don't see any flag value? I don't think I even see it in the filter area.

Is flag specific to board sprints only?

There isn't a dedicated flag column for the list view, you can refer to this page: https://community.atlassian.com/forums/Jira-questions/Is-it-possible-to-see-the-work-items-flagged-in-the-list-view/qaq-p/3127854#M1152543 and look for the first answer. It is the most closest one.
