Where to find component field in my project?

Are you using TMP or CMP project? The former does not support Component field.

@Mohd Faisal Malik If you are not Project Admin u cannot go to project settings page and component.

Components shows in sidebar of CMP projects. However you will need project or Jira admin permissions to edit/add components.
