I wanted to report a bug / feature-request, but I could not find any "Send Feedback" or "Report Bug" link in the help menu, or anywhere else in Jira.
Am I blind?
Is this ("ask the community") the right place?
Suggestion: Add a link like this (even if this "ask the community" should be the right place).

I think they want you to ask the Community first to see if we can help you before submitting a support ticket. Plus we are usually faster ;-)
