Where is the REST API for jira 4.1.2???

Hi,

I am currently restricted to using jira version 4.1.2. If I understand it correctly I can use the following API for the version I am using?

If so, where is the documentation for this?

Can someone please provide a simple example to list all issues?

REST API is only available on 4.2 and above.
