Before the summer I had a planning tab with a roadmap, teams ect for my Jira cloud on a normal (not next-gen) project. The tab seems to be gone now and so is my roadmap. How do I get it back?
Classic Projects haven't had Roadmaps up to this point - see JSWCLOUD-17214 which is tracking the progress of this enablement.
When you say Planning tab - do you mean:
Left-Hand Project Menu: If this wasn't Next-Gen, check if you had another roadmap app from the Marketplace you have recently uninstalled
Main Navigation Bar: Could this have been Advanced Roadmaps (formerly Jira Portfolio)? This sits under the header "Plans". This used to be a standalone app, but is now included in "Jira Software Premium" - were you perhaps on a trial for Premium which has ended? Or has a Site Admin modified the selected products in "Manage Subscriptions"?
