Where is Application Link?

old version has add-ones , and I can find application link. But new version miss. Where is Application Link?

I see that you are part of the group site-admins only, so maybe that's why you can't access the option I mentioned.

Please, go to Cog Icon > User management and add the group "Administrators" to your profile. After that, you should see the same options shown on the screenshot I sent previously.
